Our two-bedroom options include a two-bedroom, one-bathroom layout and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, giving couples, roommates, and families flexible choices. These homes extend up to 984 square feet and feature large pantries, air conditioning, dishwashers, and a private patio or balcony with extra outdoor storage. Rental Criteria (full screening policy available upon request)
- Income: Gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 2.5x monthly rent
- Credit: Depending on other criteria, no property debt, no evictions in the last 3 years. A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay
- Criminal: no misdemeanor convictions in 7 years. felony convictions in 10 years, no violent, drug, or sexually-related misdemeanors
Leasing Details
- Application Fee: $125 per person over 18 years old-
- *Holding fee will be required if the application is denied or fraudulent info is provided*

Application fees are not refundable. Should your application fail to be approved, any application deposit/holding fee made will be refunded within 30 days, unless the application is denied for falsification, in which case the deposit is forfeited.
